Rate limits and quotas

Request limits and monthly quotas are different controls.

Server-side limits

Rate limits are enforced server-side. Idempotent replays still require authentication and rate admission even when no new Decision is counted.

New quotas

Paid 4.0 quotas and increased Free targets remain planning values. Real SQL and Redis concurrency and cost must be verified before activation.

Public registration and email verification are not yet approved. Existing customers use the customer portal. No accounts or keys are created here.
